Who we are

This website is run by Shyampari Medtech Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). If you have questions about this policy, email info@medtechshyampari.com.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you type into our forms: name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and the products, strengths and quantities you list.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, stored with your enquiry and used only to limit spam (for example, more than five enquiries an hour from one network). We do not store your IP address itself.
• Spam-check signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile when you send a form, to tell people from bots.
• Anonymous page statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Your enquiry list (the products you add before sending) is kept in your own browser's local storage. It reaches us only when you submit the enquiry form.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and share product documents.
• To follow up on an order or business relationship you start with us.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We use enquiry details because you ask us to, by ticking the consent box and sending the form. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Neon: database hosting (Singapore region).
• Resend: delivery of enquiry emails to us and of your confirmation email.
• Cloudflare: Turnstile spam protection.
• Google: only if you click “Show map” on the contact page, which loads Google Maps and may set Google cookies.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in India, Singapore and the United States.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free. A third-party cookie may be set only if you choose to load the Google map.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, or longer if the law requires it. Spam-limit records are reset after one hour.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@medtechshyampari.com. You can clear your saved enquiry list at any time by removing the products or clearing your browser data.

Children

This website is for businesses and healthcare professionals and is not intended for children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our terms of use.
